Founder & Operating Lead
Durrell leads Delta Care Connect in a founder and operating capacity, bringing an MBA and PMP background to the company's strategy, operations, and partnerships. He is focused on building a rural health model that pairs trusted local people with the technology and coordination patients need to stay connected to care.
Clinical Partnership & Medical Direction
A New Orleans native, Dr. Carter completed undergraduate study at Louisiana State University and earned his medical degree and completed residency at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston. Delta Care Connect is finalizing its clinical partnership structure with Dr. Carter under appropriate licensure, credentialing, and counsel — building clinical oversight the right way before launch.
Clinical Team
Kimberly brings family nurse practitioner experience to the team, supporting clinical protocols, patient engagement, and the bridge between Delta Care Connect's field staff and licensed providers.
Operations & Community Partnerships
Lionel supports Delta Care Connect's operations and community relationships, helping the company build the local trust and partnerships that make a home-based rural health model work.

Delta Care Connect is based in the Ferriday Downtown District and currently serves the surrounding communities of Concordia Parish and rural northeast Louisiana, with plans to expand parish by parish.
